Italian-born and raised, Antonio has always been passionate about graphics, design, restoration, and the search for solutions. His parents, who are both fashion designers, are the ones who gave him his sense of aesthetics. Antonio worked in projects in Italy, Latin America and United States. In 2009, he relocated to Florida and bought his first property. He purchased additional places to rent, remodel, and resell during the subsequent years. Along with his wife Karen, he founded BUILTIST thanks to their combined professional network and experience.

Karen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Universidad Catòlica Andrès Bello in Caracas, Venezuela. She then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Fordham University in New York; and a Master of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Additionally, Karen completed a Certificate in Marketing, Management, and Industrial Markets through a specialized course at SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy. She brings expertise in new business development, strategic planning, innovative idea implementation, and finance to her role.

Italian Architect since 2002, she began her professional experience in prestigious architecture and engineering firms, also collaborating with Italian and Arab architecture magazines. In 2006, she opened her studio in Milan that deals with design and construction supervision in luxury residential and hospitality construction, custom-made furnishings, and Trade Show Booth Designs in Italy and abroad.
In these years of activity, she explored the issues that most fascinate her in designing to obtain a coherent and rational development of spaces. The search for the reduction of the distribution surfaces to favor the fluidity of the environments and the vertical closures to diffuse the natural light certainly are essential ingredients for me to create a personalized project that interprets fashions according to the taste and needs of the client with stylistic choices aimed primarily at creating elegant and flexible spaces.
She believes that the designer's stylistic and technical contribution and the collaboration between client and Architect are necessary conditions for the development of the functional environment, to be customized where finishes and colors play a significant role.

Astrid García studied architecture in Venezuela with over five years of work experience, specializing in the luxury residential segment of the market. She is always looking for opportunities to improve urban and architectural spaces, with great skill and knowledge in Sustainable Architecture, Innovative Construction, Interior and Exterior, Home Remodeling and Landscaping. She is responsible for creating comprehensive design and construction documentation that provides the project team with concrete and accurate architectural design.

Graduated in Forestry and Environmental Sciences with more than 20 years of experience and registered at the Italian Agency of Agronomists and Foresters Scientists. He specializes in Landscaping for exterior and interior living gardens, inspired by artistically styled scenes with the right mix of nature and culture. He cares about the diffusion and protection of plant systems; in the natural environment, public gardens, and homes. He also teaches science and agronomy at high schools and is a member of various associations seeking the protection and propagation of environmental systems.
Also, Simone is a skilled artist specialized in recycled scrap wood and metal sculpture art and paint creations.
